Orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard, Express, and Untracked for letter sized parcels is available within Australia. International parcels are tracked only. Any orders placed with unsuitable postage (a t-shirt as a letter) will be refunded.
We ship once per week and sometimes allow ourselves the grace of dropping to a street mail box instead of the post office, so tracking updates can take an extra day or two to log. Thanks for your patience!
If you need something sooner, please feel free to email us and we'll do our best to get it out to you ASAP.
Once the parcel is in the mail, we will send you the tracking number. Please don't email us about a delayed order unless absolutely necessary! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it once it has left us (unless it is lost or damaged while in transit).
International friends! Any import duties and taxes incurred are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please refer to your local customs authority.
