FAQs

Who runs Soft Nice?
Two softies living in Narrm (Melbourne). Oli (he/him) is the designer and Tatanja (she/her) is the photographer + admin for Soft Nice. You can find more information about Soft Nice on our About page.

Can you tell me more info about materials and shipping?
Our shirts are bagged in separate compostable garment bags and wrapped in recycled tissue paper with a thank you card and free sticker + any other goodies you buy. They are sent our in a Hero Packaging postal bag with a e-Parcel sticker, both of which can be composted. We use Australia Post for sending orders.

In some circumstances, we use padded mailers to send precious items, and they are unfortunately not recyclable (but are reusable if you're handy!)

Our shirts are printed locally in Naarm. Wash cold for the earth!

Our stickers are waterproof vinyl for long lasting life and sent out in a paper envelope or can be added to your order for no extra cost.

If you’re on a low waste journey, send us an email after ordering and we can leave out any nice to have extras such as thank you card, tissue paper or stickers.

Ps. We practice good hand hygiene while packing your orders, but please make sure you wash your shirts when they arrive to be careful. Wash your hands, look after each other and stay safe.

Do you do returns or exchanges?
If your shirt is damaged or there is an issue with it, send us a photo via the email you ordered with, within 1 week and we can exchange it for another one. We don't accept returns or exchanges after this time has lapsed. We are also unable to cover the cost of change of mind or wrong size returns. So sorry!

Where do the donations go?
With each shirt purchase, we will donate 10% to a charity or fundraiser of our choice (previously $5 from every order, but this makes it easier to track and more fairly distributed!) It changes for each design / drop! We believe in the importance of using a platform of any size to pay the rent and support folks and causes in need.
